The best training for lusitano horses for dressage in Brazil

Training

Lusitano horses and dressage

Vale do Aretê has been outstanding in the dressage and competition field throughout the last 25 years. That is a result of the deep study on which our equitation and dressage is based.

Our training is made in compliance with the most modern horsemanship methods and is succeeded by a rather classical and orthodox equitation.

The equitation we practice has been inspired and influenced by the following names: Nuno de Oliveira, Harry Boldt, Michel Henriquet, Kyra Kirklund and Guilherme Borba. Their methods, teachings, classes and advices are present in our routine procedures.

Our team is headed by experienced horsemen and dressage trainer André Ganc,

who introduced the Purebred Lusitano into the Brazilian dressage, in addition to having an extensive background as a competitor, dressage training, judge and clinician both in Brazil and overseas.

Vale do Aretê receives previously approved horses for training and competition, in addition to receiving Brazilian and foreign students for learning periods.

Vale do Aretê also has a horse riding school, where we offer classes in English and where the use of safety equipment is mandatory.
